How it works

Every month we ask AI the questions patients ask about their city, like which dentist in Toronto to see for a toothache.

We count the clinics each answer recommends, not ones it only mentions in passing. A clinic only counts in a city if Google lists it there, so a clinic patients travel to elsewhere doesn't make that city's list.

A clinic's percentage is the share of answers that named it over the last three months, so a clinic AI stops naming falls back down.

When two clinics are named equally often, the clinic AI puts first more often ranks higher.

Nobody pays to be listed, and nobody can pay to move up.
